Description of Use Case:

1. Setup: The engineer starts by logging into the cloud management system.
2. Configure: Adjust settings.
3. Deploy: Put servers and other resources in place.
4. Monitor: Keep an eye on system performance.
5. Adjust: Make changes as needed for best performance.
